Shipping Policy

Fulfilment & Delivery Times

All our products are made on-demand. Once your order has been processed it takes us on average 2-7 working days to fulfil the order and get it ready for shipping. Once shipped, your order will then take an average of 6 business days to arrive (depending on your location).

Duties & Taxes

​

Customs, duties and taxes may be applied to all all parcels travelling outside of the USA. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. All customers are ultimately responsible for these fees. Should this happen, our customers will need to pay any fees outlined by the appropriate customs agency in order for the parcel to be released.

To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we dynamically route your orders to our fulfillment centers where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way.

 

We partner with these global carriers to give you the best shipping experience; Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL, DPD, USPS, LATVIJAS PASTS.

Double-check your postage address

 

Before making a payment please check that your address is correct. We cannot take any responsibility for orders made with any spelling mistakes or with the wrong address. So please double check.

Return & Exchange Policy

Buyers Remorse

​

All of our products are made to order and because of this our return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse. If you have ordered the incorrect size, design or garment then unfortunately we are unable to issue a reorder or refund since this would require us to produce new clothing free of charge. Please check our size guides and double-check your basket before ordering.

Size Exchanges

​

Due to the reasons mentioned above (see Buyers Remorse) we are unable to accept returns or refunds if you have ordered the incorrect size. Please check out size guides and double-check your basket before placing your order.

Damaged Garments

​

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

​

Lost Garments

​

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

​

Wrong Address

 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

​

Unclaimed

 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
